In recent years, the home inspection has been realized as a valuable tool for the home seller.  Marketing your home can be a very stressful, disruptive ordeal.  Often a home seller has little knowledge of the marketable condition of their home.  A small, easy to fix problem may not change a potential buyers mind, but too many small problems may break a deal.  A Pre-inspection could prevent any surprises or disruptions during ownership transfer of your property.
